• Manage daily billing operations for home health agency services
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to Medicare and private insurers
• Monitor accounts receivable and lead follow-up on unpaid claims
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
• Analyze billing data and generate financial reports
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and maximize reimbursement

• Provide leadership and direction to the hospice nursing and clinical teams.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families.
• Oversee clinical policies, procedures, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff; provide ongoing education, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure timely reporting.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the growth and success of the hospice program.
