About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular meetings and educational sessions on hospice care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to advocate for patients
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of hospice regulations and industry trends
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals, patients, and interdisciplinary team
- Actively identify and engage with new healthcare professionals and community organizations
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, referrals, and educational activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two years in hospice marketing
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
- Existing hospice referral relationships and strong networking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospice regulations, industry standards, and current healthcare practices
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Axxess EHR system and MS Office programs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
