Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Conduct regular meetings and educational sessions on hospice care
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to advocate for patients
Maintain up-to-date understanding of hospice regulations and industry trends
Serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals, patients, and interdisciplinary team
Actively identify and engage with new healthcare professionals and community organizations
Maintain accurate records of interactions, referrals, and educational activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of two years in hospice marketing
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
Existing hospice referral relationships and strong networking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of hospice regulations, industry standards, and current healthcare practices
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Familiar with Axxess EHR system and MS Office programs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
