About the role
- Responsible for successful daily operations of Small Business and Retail Online Services
- Develop online services supporting Bank’s market segments
- Establish and implement department controls and reconciliation procedures
- Manage all aspects of Wire Transfer processing including Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies pertaining to wire transfers
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct audits of internal Bank departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of (3) three years of related experience
- Knowledge of electronic banking operations
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
