About the role

  • Responsible for successful daily operations of Small Business and Retail Online Services
  • Develop online services supporting Bank’s market segments
  • Establish and implement department controls and reconciliation procedures
  • Manage all aspects of Wire Transfer processing including Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with Bank policies pertaining to wire transfers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct audits of internal Bank departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of (3) three years of related experience
  • Knowledge of electronic banking operations
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
