Client Services Representative

• Perform new account openings and account maintenance within the Client Service Team based on client requests and supporting documentation including, but not limited to: Commercial Real Estate, Climate Finance, and Business Banking segments.
• Assist the Client Services Team as a contact for assigned clients; liaising with other areas of the bank to resolve client issues.
• Consult with clients to make appropriate recommendations on product, services and fee structures.
• Ensure respective CRE/Climate Finance/Business Relationship Managers are well informed of client issues, requests, and opportunities for growth.
• Participate in sales process as requested by CRE, Climate Finance, and Business Bankers offering product expertise, online banking demonstrations and pro forma analyses.
• For new clients, provide and implement flawless account transition services from the incumbent bank to Amalgamated Bank including account opening, treasury management service enrollment, and online banking training.
• Complete monthly or annual audit reviews as required for select products and services.
• Review and decision of daily overdraft and other account reports; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Review daily and monthly reports including, but not limited to: new accounts, account maintenance, XAA preliminary statements, XAA waivers, XAA maintenance changes, fee refunds, RDC returns, ACH debit origination returns
• Process credit report request as needed by underwriting and relationship team(s)
• Run prospective borrowers through Know Your Customer (KYC) process including but not limited to OFAC, LexisNexis and various AML systems.
• Start all Commercial Real Estate loan packages by processing initial deposit, assigning mortgage number, creating digital loan file, etc.
• Research and follow up on outstanding issues, inquiries or documents on Commercial accounts to ensure timely completion and resolution.
• Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Demonstrate a superior level of service, product acumen and attention to detail.
• Work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Account Executive

• Act as day-to day relationship manager for assigned client portfolio, primarily focused on client’s treasury management needs
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients; liaising with other areas of the bank to resolve client issues
• Consult with clients to make appropriate recommendations on product, services and fee structures
• Ensure respective Commercial Bankers are well informed of client issues, requests, and opportunities for growth
• Participate in sales process as requested by Commercial Bankers offering product expertise, online banking demonstrations and pro forma analyses
• Deepen relationships by taking a consultative approach to client needs both from a product and service perspective
• For new clients, provide and implement flawless account transition services from the incumbent bank to Amalgamated Bank including account opening, cash management service enrollment, and online banking training
• Maintain accurate client records through a central repository of shared drives or databases
• Complete monthly or annual audit reviews as required for select products and services
• Review and decision of daily overdraft and other account reports; escalate issues to management as needed
• Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulations
• Demonstrate a superior level of service, product acumen and attention to detail
• Providing this superior service to our Commercial Banking clients may require responding to client outside of normal business hours and on weekends

Account Executive I

Account Manager

• Senior Relationship Manager responsible for originating, developing, and managing client relationships in technology and diversified lending sectors.
• Accountable for business development, revenue generation, and relationship management while partnering with underwriting, credit, portfolio management, and treasury teams.
• Serves as a senior external representative of the Bank in targeted markets and expected to proactively source opportunities, build a pipeline, and contribute to strategic growth.
• Originate new lending and deposit relationships, develop and execute a proactive business development strategy.
• Represent the Bank externally through networking events and industry conferences.
• Lead transactions from origination through closing, partner with underwriting and credit teams to structure transactions.
• Maintain regular client contact to understand evolving business needs and partner with internal teams to support resolution and risk mitigation.

Senior Relationship Manager, Technology and Diversified Lending

Vice President

• Conduct enterprise-wide, ongoing risk analysis in tandem with compliance and security.
• Manage a comprehensive risk register within a GRC-related platform.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the security program as they relate to privacy, security, business resiliency and compliance frameworks.
• Document, formulate and enforce areas of security improvement that balance risk with business operations and do not diminish efficiencies or innovation.
• Support the oversight of third parties, vendors, and business partners to safeguard against undue risk presented by external entities.
• Analyze findings, and document, recommend and report program gaps to security leadership.
• Assist in the development of Policy, Procedures, and Standards.
• Build and maintain a central IS documentation repository with periodic review and update as needed.
• Monitor current and proposed security changes impacting regulatory, privacy and security industry best practice guidance.
• Apply GRC expertise across key lines of business, including products, practices, and procedures.
• Define qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess the success of the security program and provide regular reports to security and business leadership.
• Function as a key participant in incident response to track occurrence and resolution, with documentation and reporting.
• Work in tandem with security, audit, and risk management leadership to perform ongoing security program assessments and create annual strategic technology and budgetary directives.
• Attend and fully engage in project management meetings.
• Liaison with auditors, both internal and external, to maintain and implement controls for compliance and privacy laws.
• Function as a point of contact for disaster recovery and business continuity as it relates to security frameworks, compliance, and privacy laws.
