About the role

  • Lead the customer interaction on all service-related issues and orchestrate actions within Amadeus to ensure they are addressed with speed and efficiency.
  • Oversee incidents holistically for respective customers and drive improvement in collaboration with customers and Regional Delivery teams.
  • Participate in customer service review meetings and present operational status.
  • Complement Service Transition with customer-specific knowledge.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal teams on how to better serve our customers.
  • Manage customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain end-to-end understanding of customer landscape and solutions.
  • Understand customer business strategy and align service delivery accordingly.
  • Collaborate with global support teams and stakeholders across APAC to ensure seamless service.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure inclusive and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Issue resolution and customer management expertise
  • Ability to work with global teams and senior stakeholders
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration
  • A team player, proactive and goal-oriented
  • Good to have: Experience in Airline IT domain
