About the role

  • Lead the successful execution of customer projects and programs.
  • Maintain oversight of delivery health across all active projects.
  • Ensure active financial management of projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • Implement and enforce delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO leadership, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing project managers or delivery teams.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
