About the role
- Drive net-new enterprise revenue through disciplined prospecting, account planning, and opportunity management
- Lead value-based sales cycles in partnership with Solution Consultants
- Own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from discovery through contract execution
- Build trusted relationships across IT, Operations, Compliance, and the C-suite
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Alliances, and Professional Services
- Travel as required to accelerate deal momentum and customer relationships
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise, quota-carrying field sales experience (SaaS / CCaaS / enterprise software)
- Proven success exceeding targets and closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong strategic account planning and opportunity management skills
- Ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes
- Commercial acumen across negotiation, procurement, and contracting
- Thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
