• Conduct advanced investigation and analysis of security alerts across Microsoft Sentinel, Sophos MDR, and Microsoft Defender suite
• Develop and tune detection rules, correlation searches, and alert logic to reduce false positives and improve threat coverage
• Perform proactive threat hunting using SIEM data, endpoint telemetry, and threat intelligence
• Lead incident response activities for moderate to high severity security events
• Document investigation findings, root cause analysis, and remediation recommendations in ITSM platforms
• Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams on security findings and remediation efforts

Security Operations Centre Analyst II

Attorney

• Draft, negotiate, and close complex enterprise software agreements including SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and professional services agreements
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to structure deals that balance business objectives with legal risk
• Review and approve quotes, proposals, and contract terms under established approval matrices
• Advise on global privacy and data protection requirements including GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific regulations
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams on information security policies, incident response protocols, and vendor risk management
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to business leaders on commercial matters, risk management, and compliance
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approval processes

Commercial Attorney – Enterprise Software

Account Executive

• Drive net-new enterprise revenue through disciplined prospecting, account planning, and opportunity management
• Lead value-based sales cycles in partnership with Solution Consultants
• Own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from discovery through contract execution
• Build trusted relationships across IT, Operations, Compliance, and the C-suite
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Alliances, and Professional Services

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Own and evolve financial reporting across the organization and with external stakeholders
• Lead multi-entity, multi-currency consolidated reporting, including eliminations and intercompany reconciliations
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and executive commentary
• Partner with Accounting on close calendars, flux reviews, and adjustments impacting reported results
• Build and deploy Planful reports, dashboards, and report books for leadership and budget owners
• Establish and maintain standardized KPI definitions across revenue, margin, Opex, headcount, ARR, retention, and working capital
• Prepare lender financial packages including liquidity and performance reporting
• Support board materials and presentations with crisp narratives and visuals
• Administer and optimize Planful structures, mappings, hierarchies, and versions
• Maintain and improve NetSuite-to-Planful integrations to reduce manual reconciliations
