Business Intelligence Analyst

• Own and evolve financial reporting across the organization and with external stakeholders
• Lead multi-entity, multi-currency consolidated reporting, including eliminations and intercompany reconciliations
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and executive commentary
• Partner with Accounting on close calendars, flux reviews, and adjustments impacting reported results
• Build and deploy Planful reports, dashboards, and report books for leadership and budget owners
• Establish and maintain standardized KPI definitions across revenue, margin, Opex, headcount, ARR, retention, and working capital
• Prepare lender financial packages including liquidity and performance reporting
• Support board materials and presentations with crisp narratives and visuals
• Administer and optimize Planful structures, mappings, hierarchies, and versions
• Maintain and improve NetSuite-to-Planful integrations to reduce manual reconciliations
• Partner with Rev Rec, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and IT/Business Apps to improve upstream data flows
• Translate complex financial and accounting topics into clear, actionable insights for executives and operators
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, documentation, and controls

Senior Reporting Analyst – FP&A

Manager

• Own implementation, administration, optimization and execution of the company’s billing platform and end-to-end Q2C process.
• Lead the implementation of a new Q2C platform, including data migration, validation and end-to-end testing.
• Manage initial configuration and define process workflows for the billing system.
• Serve as primary administrator of the billing platform: configuration, user access, data integrity and system upgrades.
• Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and implement enhancements for scalability and automation.
• Manage the full Q2C lifecycle: quote, billing, collections and revenue recognition handoffs.
• Ensure processes align with contractual terms, revenue policies and internal controls; ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Develop and enforce standardized processes, policies, controls and documentation for Q2C activities; monitor and analyze Q2C KPIs to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Accounting and FP&A to ensure accurate handoffs, forecasting inputs and alignment with GTM strategy.
• Report to the VP, Finance.
