- Analyze KPIs, commercial metrics, and business performance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years in strategy, consulting, business operations, or analytics—experience in software or data-driven businesses is a strong plus
- Understand business metrics and P&L to drive performance
- Highly curious, structured thinker who digs into data
- Master problem solver with a reputation for execution in fast-moving environments
- Communication skills to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (especially Power BI) preferred
