About the role
- Develop, implement, and sustain quality systems across assigned manufacturing sites
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations
- Serve as a key liaison between plant operations and corporate quality
- Coach and prepare plants for internal, third-party, and customer audits
- Lead RCA and CAPA activities for major and critical customer complaints
- Provide onboarding for new Plant Managers and Quality Managers
- Represent Altium’s commitment to quality in customer engagements
- Identify and champion improvement opportunities in quality assurance systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing quality management
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Trace Gains, and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, and regulatory standards (HACCP certification preferred)
- Experience with bottle manufacturing, packaging, and quality equipment (e.g., vision systems, date coders)
- Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
