About the role

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, role priorities, and talent strategy
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for across levels within multiple business units
  • Build strong, future-ready talent pipelines aligned to business goals
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, and market mapping
  • Mentor and guide recruiters, ensuring quality hiring and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Manage strategy, negotiations, and closures in line with compensation frameworks
  • Continuously improving the hiring processes through insights, metrics, and best practices
  • Provide market intelligence and advisory support on talent availability, role design, and compensation trends
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and consultative discussions
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and early employee experience
  • Manage Exits, Immediate terminations
  • Asset Management process in remote environment
  • Collaborate with HR ops to deliver on task related to attendance
  • Drive process improvements across hiring, onboarding, and exit workflows

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in any ITeS, GCC setups
  • Preferred experience in US mortgage hiring (in-house or search firm)
  • Strong experience in hiring and stakeholder-facing roles
  • Comfortable switching between strategic conversations and hands-on execution
  • Confident advisor with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experienced in leading or mentoring teams in a matrixed environment
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in sourcing tools, job portals, and MS Office
