About the role
- Drive commercial development of the company in the US market
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
- Identify and develop new retail and distribution partners
- Build long-term partnerships and secure new business opportunities
- Support development of e-commerce channel in collaboration with internal teams
- Provide market insights and contribute to strategic decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Network within consumer goods, retail, or distribution environments in the United States
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Comfort in opening doors and building relationships from scratch
- Autonomous, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with e-commerce environments (Amazon, D2C) is a plus
