About the role

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce CRM and related enterprise systems, from strategy and design through implementation and optimization.
  • Lead integrations across the GTM tech stack, including CPQ, sales engagement, customer success platforms, middleware, and analytics systems.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future needs; translate them into technical solutions with clear cost, timeline, and risk tradeoffs.
  • Lead system analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations across the enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Master’s a plus)
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems or CRM platforms, with deep functional expertise
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and modern GTM tech ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex systems initiatives across multiple business functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
