• Iterate and execute upon the company-wide enablement strategy across Sales, and GTM teams, focusing on onboarding, continuous learning, and performance optimization.

Product Manager

• Own Strategic Roadmap: Help shape and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and market insights.
• Feature Ownership & QA: Collaborate with engineering on feature development. Take ownership of testing and validating releases to ensure they meet product specs, deliver value, and provide a smooth user experience.
• Create cross-functional workflows: Work with engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales to communicate product requirements, manage delivery timelines, and ensure successful feature rollouts.
• Research & Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Measure & Iterate: Define product success metrics. Monitor feature performance and user adoption, and use insights to make continuous improvements.

Senior Product Manager

Events

• Own Alternative Payments’ annual event calendar (conferences, trade shows, webinars, roadshows, customer meet-ups).
• Manage event budget ($500K-$1M), logistics, vendor relationships, booth design, and onsite team coordination.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to maximize ROI (pre-event campaigns, onsite demos, post-event follow-up).
• Develop scalable playbooks to ensure consistent, repeatable execution.
• Build and manage Alternative Payments’ community presence (peer groups, user forums, Slack/LinkedIn groups, ambassador programs).
• Act as the point person for associations, peer groups, and ecosystem partners.
• Launch and moderate digital community initiatives (AMAs, customer spotlight programs, online discussions).
• Design and run advocacy initiatives such as customer advisory boards, reference programs, and testimonial pipelines.
• Present in webinars organized by Marketing and industry partners, helping communicate key messages and insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enable cross-marketing initiatives by facilitating introductions and joint content opportunities with industry partners.
• Partner with Marketing to produce event and community content: abstracts, panel prep, recap blogs, and social campaigns.

• Own and lead core accounting functions, including the monthly close process, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Establish and document scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a high-growth environment.
• Manage financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll support, and expense reporting systems.

Assistant Controller

Business Development Rep

• The Role: We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a critical role in driving the growth of Alternative Payments by identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and payment solutions. This role reports to the Director of Sales.
• Candidates should be located in GTA or Vancouver. This position is mostly remote but requires candidates to come into the Toronto office 2-3 days per quarter to meet with the team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, develop new business opportunities through cold outreach (calls, emails, social media), and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Alternative Payments’ and the MSP industry.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support lead-generation campaigns and provide feedback on new ideas and trends that will elevate the teams’ success.
• What you will Bring (Requirements)
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the MSP, Payments or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and active listening.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• History of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
