About the role
- Definition of process to be implemented per region (database file)
- Coordination and management of all process network within the function
- Project development process mapping and roadmap animation within Project Management Office (PMO)
- Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders in NA region to understand project objectives and priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience
- Self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects and responsibilities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
- Experience in program management preferably working already in a propulsion group in automotive industry
- Or experience in program management with at least knowledge in propulsion systems (Engines, EVs etc)
- PMP certification is a bonus
- VISA desirable
- Fluent in English
