About the role
- oversee all daily operations
- develop and implement systems, policies, and processes
- manage all employees and operational processes of one practice location
- promote a client-centered environment
- facilitate programs and processes to meet client needs

- review/approve timecards and payroll
- assist with financial reporting and budget preparation
