• Develop scalable systems that power Alocai's AI-driven localization platform and related products
• Own and maintain the codebase alongside other developers
• Own and manage technology infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Drive development-related tasks and influence technical decisions
• Communicate effectively with team members and across technical and non-technical teams
• Receive and give feedback, improve team processes and contribute to team efficiency
• Ensure high test coverage and software quality
• Collaborate in a small, multicultural remote team to shape platform evolution
