About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and publishing job postings to screening, interview coordination, and continuous candidate communication.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring decisions.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.
- Oversee and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience across all recruitment stages.
Requirements
- Ideally based in North Africa or Eastern Europe, with at least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, and/or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Hands-on, proactive working style with the ability to work independently.
- Well-structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in an international, fully remote environment.
- Background in video games, video game localization, media, or creative industries is a strong plus.
