About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and publishing job postings to screening, interview coordination, and continuous candidate communication.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring decisions.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.
  • Oversee and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience across all recruitment stages.

Requirements

  • Ideally based in North Africa or Eastern Europe, with at least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, and/or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on, proactive working style with the ability to work independently.
  • Well-structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working in an international, fully remote environment.
  • Background in video games, video game localization, media, or creative industries is a strong plus.
