• Lead and develop campaigns in close coordination with Media Buying.
• Conceptualize creatives (image & video) for campaigns, ads and promotions.
• Build and evolve our content strategy for paid channels (social ads, display, performance channels).
• Analyze trends, target audiences and competitors to derive creative, data-driven insights.
• Develop and present innovative ideas, storylines and concepts for brand and performance campaigns.
• Work closely with our Media Buying team as well as Design and Copy to optimally combine creativity and performance.

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Paid- & Organic-Content für Instagram, TikTok und Meta Ads.
• Entwicklung datengetriebener, conversion-optimierter Content-Strategien zur Steigerung von Engagement und Umsatz.
• Umsetzung fester Kampagnenpläne und kreative Umsetzung von Marketingideen.
• Auswertung der Content-Performance, Lernen, Optimieren und Verbessern.
