• Conceptualize and design high-converting paid ad creatives (image & video) for social ads, display, and related channels.
• Produce web, campaign, and newsletter graphics that distill and reinforce our brand identity.
• Develop and maintain a consistent, performance-driven visual language across all channels.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on data.
• Use modern design and AI tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Canva, Figma, Midjourney, Gemini) to increase efficiency and quality.
• Optional: Create short motion designs or social videos that bring ads and content to life.

• Customer Support Leadership & Analysis – Overseeing and strategically managing customer support to improve processes and maximize customer satisfaction.
