About the role
- Design solutions to business problems, contributing to an architectural vision
- Ship working code primarily with React, Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and Ruby on Rails
- Deploy and iterate frequently to gather feedback
- Build competencies with L&D budget for technical development
- Maintain and troubleshoot services to catch and fix errors proactively
Requirements
- A degree in a STEM subject, but alternative routes are considered
- Experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team
- Deep technical expertise in frontend engineering, including designing, building, and maintaining complex, scalable frontend systems using modern frameworks (ideally React)
- Proven track record of making a demonstrable impact in previous roles
- Highly driven and proactive with exceptional attention to detail
