About the role
- Own and evolve the structured process for reviewing operational metrics and setting up the execution blueprint (QBR, roadmaps, capacity planning, etc)
- Orchestrate the collaborative process of defining, scoping, and committing to high-level technical initiatives
- Define, monitor, and disseminate KPIs and operational health metrics for the entire department and share executive synthesis
- Streamline and standardize program management frameworks, templates, and communication across our many teams to improve velocity
- Support complex, high-impact, high-visibility technical programs across the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments
- Technical fluency to comprehend software architecture, development lifecycles, and resource dependencies
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams
- Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and change management
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana)
- Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, ideally AI / LLM exposure
- Technical background (e.g., former engineer, technical degree)
- Certifications in project management (e.g., SAFe)
