About the role
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including insurance plans, time off policies, and wellness initiatives
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits and address inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefit services
- Assist in global benefits harmonization efforts and share best practices across regions
- Support benefits-related updates or enhancements in Workday and other systems
- Draft, maintain, and optimize process and policy documentation related to benefits
- Manage benefits invoice reconciliation in collaboration with Finance team
- Assist with annual benefit renewal and enrollment processes and implementation of new programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with 2-3 years of global benefits-specific experience
- Proficient at using Workday for benefits management strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA; familiarity with US and/or APAC regulations is a plus
- Proficient at using Google Sheets and Excel to audit and analyze data with full attention to detail
