About the role
- Design and own AlphaSense’s core people programs across performance, development, onboarding, and learning.
- Ensure that people programs are measurable, consistent, and tied to real outcomes.
- Design and run performance and talent processes that support a high-performance culture.
- Analyze performance and talent data to identify trends, surface inconsistencies, and recommend enhancements.
- Partner closely with People Technology to evolve systems and workflows in Workday.
- Strengthen onboarding and early employee experience to ensure new hires succeed quickly.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, organizational development, or closely related people roles.
- Demonstrated success running large-scale, complex HR programs such as annual performance cycles, talent reviews, or leadership development initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with strong business judgment who uses data to diagnose problems, guide decisions, and measure impact.
- Comfortable working in systems like Workday to extract insights, identify patterns, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
- Comfortable designing learning experiences, creating content, and facilitating sessions when needed.
