About the role

Lead AlphaSense’s global People technology strategy and serve as the functional owner of Workday
Develop and execute the People technology roadmap and strategy
Optimize Workday and ensure seamless integrations with downstream systems
Evaluate, select, and implement new tools to support growth
Partner across the People team to design and execute people processes
Ensure systems establish a single source of truth by prioritizing data integrity
Audit workflows and increase efficiency
Lead HR systems integration during mergers and acquisitions
Develop systems and tools for robust reporting and data insights
Lead and grow a team

10+ years of experience in HR systems, People Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record working with Workday, Greenhouse, and Payroll systems
Experience defining and improving systems and scalable processes for a global workforce of 3,000+ employees
Ability to inspire, grow, develop, and coach a team
Detail-oriented with experience managing large, global, enterprise-wide system implementations
Understanding the importance of teamwork and collaboration
Experience with data-driven strategy
