About the role
- Own the strategy, execution, and iteration of innovative and scalable growth programs across known and emerging channels.
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities (partnerships, influencer campaigns, referral programs, etc.).
- Explore and experiment with emerging platforms, communities, and distribution channels such as Reddit, Discord, YouTube, events, and out-of-home to reach new audiences.
- Design, run, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging.
- Build dashboards, track core growth metrics, interpret performance data, and turn insights into action to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate within AI Labs product, engineering, and design teams to drive user engagement and retention.
- Stay ahead of growth trends, emerging platforms, and competitor tactics; continually iterate on your playbook based on new learnings.
Requirements
- Meaningful hands-on experience (2–5+ years) driving growth through guerrilla, digital, and product marketing
- Proven track record of owning and executing creative and successful marketing campaigns, measuring impact, and iterating to drive user and revenue growth
- You combine data-driven decision making with strong creative intuition
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline and enhance every aspect of the marketing process
- Excited to test and implement novel marketing strategies and unproven channels; resourceful in discovering and implementing new tools and products
- Technically inclined tinkerer, comfortable with marketing automation (skills: n8n, Zapier, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling copy and narratives and own the content creation process
- Skilled at creating marketing collateral: decks, one pagers, landing pages, etc.; collaborating with design to produce high-quality assets
- Fluency with analytics and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
- Deep understanding of organic growth levers like SEO, social, and community plus paid acquisition; hands-on experience with performance marketing across channels
- Startup mindset; agile, resourceful, data-obsessed, and outcome-driven.
