About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of startup clients end-to-end
  • Serve as primary point of contact for hiring managers and founders
  • Run kickoff calls and align on requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Partner with internal recruiters and sourcers to translate role requirements into execution
  • Maintain weekly cadence calls, pipeline reviews, and feedback loops
  • Identify and resolve search risks early (slow feedback, misalignment, stalled pipeline)
  • Track hiring velocity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
  • Drive renewals and expansions through strong delivery
  • Surface new hiring needs and growth opportunities
  • Help define and refine the employer management playbook
  • Build scalable processes for onboarding, reporting, and client communication

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in recruiting agency account management or client services
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent employer relationships
  • Strong consultative communication skills
  • Operational discipline and strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage stakeholders (founders, hiring managers, HR, finance)
  • Commercial mindset focused on retention and expansion
  • Nice to Have: In-house recruiting or HR partnership experience
  • Experience supporting high-growth startup hiring
  • Familiarity with CRMs, ATS platforms, and reporting dashboards
