About the role

  • Actively prospect for new accounts through cold calling, networking, and field visits within the Greater Cincinnati area
  • Meet with clients at their locations to identify their needs and recommend the best solutions, from indoor/outdoor signage to wayfinding systems and promotional print
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, estimates, and bids that meet client specifications and budgets
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our in-house design and production teams to ensure all client specifications are met and projects stay on schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience, ideally within the signage, printing, or advertising industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; you must be able to "speak the language" of business owners
  • A "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
  • Ability to read basic architectural drawings or blueprints and perform simple site measurements is a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily client visits
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
