Account Executive

• Actively prospect for new accounts through cold calling, networking, and field visits within the Greater Cincinnati area
• Meet with clients at their locations to identify their needs and recommend the best solutions, from indoor/outdoor signage to wayfinding systems and promotional print
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, estimates, and bids that meet client specifications and budgets
• Maintain and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction
• Work closely with our in-house design and production teams to ensure all client specifications are met and projects stay on schedule

• Define how we measure success across all brands (AlphaGraphics, PostNet, World Options)
• Surface insights that shape investment decisions
• Partner closely with IT, Finance, external agencies, and franchise-facing teams
• Create attribution models that connect marketing activity to franchise-level revenue
• Establish KPI hierarchy and create reporting cadences
• Mine historical performance to deliver strategic briefings that shape marketing investment decisions
• Track every active program with defined success criteria and measurement plans
• Coach team members on shifting from activity reporting to outcome-based accountability
