• Preparation of living-area calculations using ArchiCAD based on existing floor plans
• Signing and stamping documents under the Bauvorlageberechtigung (authorization to submit building documentation)
• Quality assurance of floor plans, living-area calculations and building documentation
• Supporting the team on architectural questions
• Ensuring verifiable and standards-compliant documentation
• Occasional coordination with clients on technical queries
• Contributing to the development of our internal quality standards
