Junior Sales Manager

Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, you already have experience in B2B sales and have gained initial experience in cold acquisition of new customers.
- Career changers and entry-level candidates are also warmly welcome.
- Motivation, willingness to learn, self-confidence, and strong quick-wittedness are particularly important.
- As we operate exclusively in the German-speaking market, you must have native-level German language skills.
- Confident use of CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is an advantage.
- You need a stable and reliable internet connection and IT hardware (smartphone, laptop/computer, etc.) for this role.
- Personal responsibility and self-organization are essential. Remote work offers a lot of freedom but requires a high level of discipline and self-motivation.
