• Act as primary contact for B2B/enterprise customers, accountable for driving healthy and constant relationships with key contacts throughout the customer lifecycle - from app launch to renewal.

• Ideate and deliver Alpaca’s direct channel features while closely collaborating with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Help drive direct channel product strategy by deeply understanding customer needs and behaviours, analyzing ROI, assessing market competition, and evaluating build-vs-buy opportunities

• Work with and provide assistance to internal and external customers on a daily basis with incoming and outgoing Account Transfer Requests

• Own the roadmap and development of Alpaca’s core Broker, Trading and Market Data APIs
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Alpaca’s core APIs, including standards for authentication/authorization, error handling, rate limiting, versioning, and deprecation strategy
• Serve as the primary owner and reviewer for all API changes, ensuring adherence to standards for quality, consistency, and performance
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, marketing, and business teams to define, build, and launch new API products and features
• Lead technical discussions on concepts like idempotency and overall API architecture

• As a Project Manager, you will be expected to leverage deep cross-functional expertise to coordinate with enterprise customers globally, guiding integrations from conception to launch by aligning technical teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring all deliverables meet strategic objectives in the following ways:
• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using our brokerage APIs (equities, crypto, options, and more)

• Lead the development and implementation of Alpaca’s global AML and sanctions programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across U.S. and non-U.S. entities
