About the role
- Own the entire lifecycle of high-volume mobile game publishers from lead sourcing to post-onboarding growth.
- Target the world’s top-tier game studios, building a robust outbound pipeline from scratch.
- Act as a consultant for live partnerships, identifying upselling opportunities and analyzing performance trends.
- Define go-to-market strategies for Almedia projects and create scalable sales frameworks.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Drive successful portfolio outcomes through accountability for new business and net revenue retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment (AdTech/Gaming preferred)
- The "Hustler" Mentality: A proven track record of penetrating "closed doors" through creative outreach and persistent follow-ups.
- Strong data fluency. You are comfortable discussing **ROAS, LTV, and Retention**.
- Full-Funnel Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs) and monetization models.
- Relentless Resilience: Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for permission.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
