Moderate Inside Property Adjuster; provide exceptional service to policyholders, remotely from home office, with virtual inspections, coverage investigations, estimates, and settlements.
Interaction with customers, contractors, and vendors via Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration; communication via voice, email, and text.
Role-specific focus on water losses, aiming for high-quality resolution.
The Customer Service Expert, Investigator, Effective Communicator, Negotiator, Problem Solver, and Recorder roles described.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8 am - 5 pm with rotational Saturday duty.
After Training: Hybrid (remote until office available).
Licensing requirements: may need adjuster/appraiser license within 60 days; licensing support with centralized licensing team.
Sign-on bonus info: $1,000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if active licenses.
Requirements
1+ years of previous customer service experience required.
Previous industry experience is highly desired.
Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred.
Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions.
Licensing may be required; ability to obtain relevant licenses within 60 days (as applicable).
