About the role
- Quote and sell auto insurance to new and existing customers
- Review coverage and explain options clearly and professionally
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency
- Cross-sell home, renters, and life insurance when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance guidelines
- Provide excellent service before and after the sale
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (sales or customer service experience preferred)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport
