About the role

  • Responsible for creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims in either the auto or specialty lines leading to the proper disposition.
  • Responsible for training, mentoring, controlling quality and providing technical assistance on material damage claims.
  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Auto Estimator, ideally located within the Central Time Zone (CST).
  • The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong technical expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with CCC estimating software is highly preferred, along with a proven ability to assess both virtual and supplemental damages.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
