Senior/Principal Fullstack Engineer

Data Engineer

• Own and improve data architecture across Actions (CI/CD) and agentic AI leveraging ECAD data pipeline
• Manage software architecture across user‑facing automation features
• Work closely with product to architect and de‑risk agentic workflows that combine specialized AI agents for hardware design review
• Provide implementation feedback and guidance to software engineering direct reports
• Partner with the infrastructure team to prioritize required resources and services
• Coordinate observability for AI systems: tracing, prompt/version tracking, and cost monitoring
• Identify technical debt affecting velocity and work with product leadership to sequence it
• Guide research efforts on training and fine‑tuning models on electronics data
• Assist with hiring across software and machine learning roles
• Mentor staff‑level engineers and create growth paths for ICs and managers
• Contribute prototypes and code reviews and shape the technical roadmap
• Example projects: architect a caching layer for electronics component datasheets; refine electronics‑specific tool calls for GenAI; design evaluation methodology for agentic workflows; incorporate 2D/3D PCB data into design review; establish automated tests and development workflows for Actions and GenAI teams.

• Own the finance function as AllSpice's first finance hire; strategic operator and thought partner to CEO, co-founders, and board
• Partner with the CEO, co-founders, and board to shape company strategy, support fundraising, and prepare board materials
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses that drive decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering leaders to develop budgets, evaluate pricing, and measure ROI
• Establish systems, dashboards, automation, and best practices to professionalize reporting and track KPIs
• Oversee an external accountant/bookkeeper; ensure accounting fundamentals, AP/AR, reconciliations, collections, and compliance
• High-impact role reporting directly to the CEO with visibility across the company and investors
