• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing deep-dive market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and "Voice of the Candidate" insights to influence organizational design.
• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on high-complexity Analog/Digital Engineering and Technical Sales, ensuring a "One Allegro" experience from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Develop and implement aggressive talent attraction strategies, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and AI tools to identify and engage passive, niche talent in the semiconductor space.
• Work with global Talent Acquisition leadership to define the regional hiring roadmap, including employment branding, university relations (Intern/Campus), and site-specific talent strategies.
• Drive data integrity and process automation within Workday, ensuring recruiting analytics are accurate, transparent, and actionable for ELT-level reporting.
• Navigate evolving priorities and leadership transitions with a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining momentum on critical hires despite resource or capacity constraints.
