About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical direction and growth of allegromicro.com.
Partner with our Customer Engagement team to ensure the site and customer portal are easy to use and technically sound.
Manage our global web presence, including the governance and optimization of automated, AI-driven translation services.
Use data and visitor behavior to make the site easier to navigate and build a self-service roadmap.
Design and lead A/B testing programs to optimize conversion paths.
Manage the website’s 'to-do' list and serve as the main point of contact for our external web developers and agencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of experience in web management, digital operations, or web project management, specifically within a B2B technology or semiconductor environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
Deep experience managing enterprise Content Management Systems (Sitecore preferred).
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web architecture, with the ability to translate marketing requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams.
A clear understanding of how LLMs and Generative AI are changing the B2B buyer journey.
Proven ability to manage complex digital projects and external agencies using tools like Jira.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot.
