About the role
- Leads change management effort on enterprise scale client projects
- Guides the client and the project to successful communications and adoption of tech/process
- Actively exercises certified change management procedures
- Liaises with other project workstreams to ensure completion
- Manages the creation of change management documentation and trackers
- Builds awareness for change within client organization
- Drafts and owns all manuals, communications and training materials
- Trains and mentors new and/or junior members of the team
- Dedicates effort to enhance project methodologies
Requirements
- Four to Six (4-6) years of HR industry experience
- Four to Six (4-6) years of Change Management experience
- Change Management certification, preferable ADKAR, Prosci, CCMP, MSI, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio
- Ability to travel up to 25%
