About the role

  • Foster positive relationships across departments including Field Operations, Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Engineering
  • Conflict resolution within the branch and escalate issues to Regional Manager and HR as necessary
  • Adhere to business code of conduct guidelines and act as model/mentor to associates
  • Monitor and adhere to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements and procedures
  • Oversee and direct activities/operations for all branch personnel
  • Responsible for employee performance planning/reporting, overseeing/maintaining OSHA logs, payroll processing and approving expense reports
  • Manage all workman’s comp claims and participate in depositions pertaining to claims against the branch
  • Conduct hiring, discipline, and termination of personnel
  • Ensure branch personnel receive required training and oversee EH&S web-based training
  • Enforce HR policies and meet technicians on-site to ensure correct installations per AAADM and Company policies
  • Coordinate purchase and disposal of Fleet vehicles with Fleet Services and manage vehicle damage claims
  • Participate in weekly Field Manager, BI and Sales calls and oversee weekly forecasting and reporting for accuracy
  • Manage and drive productivity projects to completion, maintain timelines and budgets
  • Oversee all fixed and recurring branch costs and manage Branch P&L
  • Responsible for site visits with technicians and customers and meet with sales team to evaluate jobs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in management of people
  • 5+ years of experience owning a P&L
  • 5+ years of experience in a Construction/Service business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong passion for driving process improvements and results
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to grasp technical aspects of products and programs
  • SAP, Astea, SmartSheet experience a value add
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States; employer will not sponsor visas
