About the role

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels
  • Respond to inbound leads and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Assist in proposal preparations, quotes, and presentations
  • Conduct market research to gather information on competitors
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
  • Assist in onboarding new customers
  • Provide training and support to customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of six months of demonstrated successful experience in a B2B sales role
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Technical or Marketing degree preferred
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
  • Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Proficiency with a CRM system, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency using a PC, including a spreadsheet program
  • Motivated and self-directed, with the ability to appreciate and meet aggressive goals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual Spanish fluency preferred
