About the role

  • Summary of duties: The Product Manager I is responsible for supporting product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, and assisting in the execution of Agile development processes.

  • Minimum Requirements: Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Basic experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of CX principles and user journey mapping.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience using product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Exposure to software development concepts and APIs.
