About the role

  • Prepare and deploy IT related equipment
  • Resolve problems and answer questions related to computing environment
  • Provide in-depth IT workstation support to end users
  • Document incidents and problems, escalating issues when necessary
  • Install and update software and Operating Systems
  • Maintain an enterprise-level desktop computing infrastructure

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT end user support
  • Understanding of troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Intune, Auto-Pilot preferred
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems
  • General knowledge of Cybersecurity principles
  • Ability to travel throughout Allegheny County as needed
