Account Executive

• Drive Strategic Sales & Growth – Independently execute as a high-performing sales team member, partnering with marketing to drive the go-to-market strategy and position Allbridge as the leading property technology solutions provider in the U.S. and internationally.
• Engage executive and senior-level stakeholders (owners, developers, general contractors, consultants, property managers, etc.) to communicate a clear vision and revenue strategy for long-term growth.
• Pipeline Development & Revenue Impact – Build and maintain a deep pipeline to meet and exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Own a robust pipeline of deals to drive recurring and non-recurring bookings/sales, contributing to Total Allbridge Sales (Bookings), Installation Revenue, Gross Margins, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Customer Engagement & Account Management – Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, proactively lead account planning, and assess evolving customer needs.
• Take ownership of client interactions to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, revenue operations, customer success, pricing, and installations to align lead generation efforts and optimize sales execution.
• Take initiative to develop and sell differentiated solutions that meet customer needs.
• Industry Leadership & Market Expansion – Represent Allbridge at industry events, tradeshows, and business development activities, identifying and nurturing leads while positioning the company as an industry leader.
• Expand Allbridge’s presence in new and existing markets.
• Sales Execution & Contract Negotiation – Lead national sales efforts, act as a subject matter expert, and drive large contract closures.
• Negotiate pricing, features, and installation timelines per company standards.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and penetrating national sales markets.
• Operational Excellence & CRM Management – Ensure accurate data entry in CRM, deliver timely reporting, and adhere to company best practices.
• Take ownership of meeting sales goals and profitability expectations while adhering to Allbridge’s core values.
• Travel & Client Engagement – Meet clients face-to-face, demonstrating deep industry expertise and strategic insight. Travel as needed (typically 30-40%) based on business requirements.
• Ownership & Accountability – Maintain the highest professional standards, actively contribute to Allbridge’s growth strategy, and consistently deliver innovative results that establish trust, credibility, and quality performance.
• Additional Responsibilities – Other duties as assigned to support company objectives and overall revenue growth.

Account Executive – Hospitality

Procurement

• Procures materials, components, equipment and services at the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability of source and urgency requirements following approved procedures
• Review project demands on a regular basis; adjusts part and supplier settings to match the dynamic demand and supply requirements
• Executes pull-ins, push outs, cancellations, expedites and new orders at minimal cost as required
• Selects suppliers from the Approved Vendor List, verifies price and delivery, issues and/or adjusts purchase orders in a timely manner
• Works with suppliers to access order information, acknowledgements and provide updated order/shipping status
• Consistently integrates Allbridge’s core values into their everyday habits by treating all customers, internal and external, professionally, honestly and respectfully
• Accepts ownership and accountability of position responsibilities and strives to deliver results for customers that establish high standards, credibility and quality performance

Purchasing Buyer

Technician

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly use company tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, construction drawings, and installation documentation.
• Layout low-voltage systems according to project drawings.
• Install, terminate, test, and certify structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling.
• Install and terminate low-voltage cabling for access control systems.
• Install speaker cabling and telecommunications equipment including routers, switches, and network devices.
• Install raceways, conduits, sleeves, cable trays, and access panels in existing buildings.
• Build and organize MDF and IDF rooms.
• Install network racks, cabinets, patch panels, and cable management systems.
• Perform fiber optic fusion splicing and assist with fiber testing.
• Label all cables, ports, and equipment accurately while maintaining installation documentation and inventory.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Perform site assessment surveys to evaluate existing conditions and assist with installation planning.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and identify corrective actions using professional testing equipment.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, suppliers, project managers, and fellow technicians.
• Work effectively as part of an installation team while also performing assigned tasks independently.
• Complete project documentation accurately and on time.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations.

Low Voltage Technician – 90% Travel Required

• Conduct weekly toolbox safety meetings.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, scopes of work, and construction drawings.
• Perform layout of low-voltage systems according to project drawings.
• Install, terminate, test, and certify structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling.
• Install and terminate low-voltage cabling for access control systems.
• Install speaker cabling and telecommunications equipment including routers, switches, and network devices.
• Install network racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable management systems, raceways, conduits, sleeves, J-hooks, cable tray, and work area outlets.
• Build, organize, and label MDF and IDF rooms.
• Install access panels in existing buildings.
• Perform fiber optic fusion splicing and testing.
• Label all cables, ports, and equipment accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues while minimizing project delays.
• Produce accurate as-built documentation and closeout packages.
• Lead installation crews on assigned projects.
• Coordinate work with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Serve as the primary on-site customer contact for installation activities and field coordination.
• Perform site surveys and evaluate existing conditions to develop installation strategies.
• Manage project milestones and provide real-time progress updates.
• Ensure installations comply with project requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
• Complete daily reports, quality inspections, material inventories, and invoicing documentation accurately and on time.
• Obtain customer acceptance upon project completion.
• Participate in meetings, respond to RFIs, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned.

Lead Low Voltage Technician – 90% Travel Required

Inside Sales

• Successfully generate a consistent pipeline, achieve growth and hit sales targets by leveraging existing relationships and creating new relationships
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Utilize virtual and face-to-face meetings to build relationships with new customers
• Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers
• Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
• Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell our customers to compatible products
• Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our offerings unique
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week
• Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information so it is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions

Network Engineer

• Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise level network and product performance issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work independently or as part of a team to effectively deploy, install, configure, and test best of breed HSIA and network equipment.
• Perform effective troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and digital switching technologies, software, hardware and servers, routers, modems, wireless, TCP/IP and QoS.
• Perform high quality, meticulous, and timely network system documentation.
• Interact with various inter and intra departmental peer groups to cooperatively achieve best results in all assigned tasks.
• Execute assigned tasks within assigned timeframes and budgets.
• Responsible for day-to-day support within the network / wi-fi engineer function.
