Full-stack Engineer

• We’re building OpenHands, an open source AI agent that can code, run commands, browse the web, and solve real issues from start to finish.
• As one of our early engineers, you’ll tackle some of the hardest problems in making AI development tools fast, reliable, and a joy to use.
• You will help define our architecture, scale our systems, and shape a product already being used by developers around the world.

• What You’ll Do: Design, build, and ship features for both our open source project and SaaS product
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions
• Own projects from idea to production, including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Debug complex issues across systems and deliver fixes that stick
• Help guide technical direction and engineering best practices as we grow
• Work with technologies like React, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud
