About the role

  • You’ll be the voice that makes our complex tech accessible.
  • For the next six months, you’ll partner with our engineering and product teams to refine documentation, tutorials, and release notes that make our PostgreSQL-powered platform crystal clear to developers and customers alike.
  • You’ll be joining a team that’s serious about accuracy and speed — and you’ll have the freedom to experiment with AI tools to work smarter and ship better docs faster.
  • Location: Fully remote. English fluency is required. Time zone overlap with EST is preferred — please confirm whether this is a requirement or just a preference.

Requirements

  • Have some prior writing experience — technical blog posts, documentation, or coursework — and a knack for explaining complex ideas.
  • Understand basic technical concepts like APIs, databases, and command-line tools (you don’t need to be a developer, but you need to be tech-curious).
  • Have excellent grammar, clarity, and editing skills.
  • Can quickly learn and adapt to new tools, including AI-assisted writing workflows.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities.
