About the role
- Develop and own AGT’s brand voice, tone, and storytelling across platforms.
- Build content strategies and campaign ideas (e.g., case studies, client spotlights, thought leadership, behind the scenes culture).
- Research industry trends, competitors, and creative inspiration to keep AGT relevant and fresh.
- Partner with the content writer and designer to create engaging, multi format content (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
- Turn complex technical/staffing topics into simple, engaging narratives.
- Brainstorm and pitch bold, out-of-the-box content ideas (memes, reels, challenges, storytelling formats).
- Collaborate with leadership to align brand campaigns with business goals.
- Track engagement metrics, report performance, and refine strategies based on results.
Requirements
- Background in brand strategy, social media, or creative marketing - professional or personal.
- Proven ability to grow engagement and brand presence (bonus if in tech, staffing, or B2B).
- Strong creative instincts - can spot cultural trends and adapt them into brand content.
- Skilled in storytelling, content planning, and campaign ideation.
- Comfortable collaborating with writers, designers, and developers.
- Bonus: hands-on design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Figma).
- Familiarity with SEO (keyword research, content optimization, measuring organic growth)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut AI, analytics automation) to speed up content creation and research.
- Self-starter with the ability to run independently.
- Portfolio or examples of past work required - professional or personal projects welcome.
