About the role

  • Develop and own AGT’s brand voice, tone, and storytelling across platforms.
  • Build content strategies and campaign ideas (e.g., case studies, client spotlights, thought leadership, behind the scenes culture).
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and creative inspiration to keep AGT relevant and fresh.
  • Partner with the content writer and designer to create engaging, multi format content (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Turn complex technical/staffing topics into simple, engaging narratives.
  • Brainstorm and pitch bold, out-of-the-box content ideas (memes, reels, challenges, storytelling formats).
  • Collaborate with leadership to align brand campaigns with business goals.
  • Track engagement metrics, report performance, and refine strategies based on results.

Requirements

  • Background in brand strategy, social media, or creative marketing - professional or personal.
  • Proven ability to grow engagement and brand presence (bonus if in tech, staffing, or B2B).
  • Strong creative instincts - can spot cultural trends and adapt them into brand content.
  • Skilled in storytelling, content planning, and campaign ideation.
  • Comfortable collaborating with writers, designers, and developers.
  • Bonus: hands-on design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Figma).
  • Familiarity with SEO (keyword research, content optimization, measuring organic growth)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut AI, analytics automation) to speed up content creation and research.
  • Self-starter with the ability to run independently.
  • Portfolio or examples of past work required - professional or personal projects welcome.
