Software Engineer – No-Code, Unqork

QA Engineer

• Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and system testing for Salesforce applications.
• Design, develop, and execute API test cases using Postman, ensuring functionality, security, and performance of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases for Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Perform functional, usability, exploratory, and compatibility testing across multiple platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA; analyze root causes, provide detailed bug reports, and assist in debugging.
• Perform various types of testing, including smoke tests, integration tests, sanity tests, and regression tests to validate application performance and stability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.
• Document test cases, test results, and test strategies to ensure complete traceability and maintain up-to-date QA documentation.
• Ensure quality for large-scale, Salesforce enterprise-level applications by following structured testing methodologies and documentation best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to validate Salesforce functionality and system enhancements.

QA Engineer – Manual Tester, Salesforce

Business Intelligence Developer

• Review (AW) dashboard design guidelines with the AW Power BI Lead to ensure consistent UI/UX across screens.
• Build the Power BI semantic/reporting layer, including model relationships, measures, and report logic
• Develop three dashboard screens aligned to approved wireframes and business priorities
• Implement KPI measures/calculations in DAX, validating results against approved KPI logic and curated Databricks consumption-layer datasets
• Configure interactivity: filters, slicers, drill behavior, cross-visual interactions, and navigation patterns
• Apply report formatting and usability enhancements to deliver a polished executive dashboard experience
• Support performance tuning (query efficiency, model/report optimization, and visual responsiveness)
• Participate in iterative demos, incorporate feedback, and resolve defects during testing cycles (QA/UAT)
• Support deployment readiness activities as needed
