Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and system testing for Salesforce applications.
Design, develop, and execute API test cases using Postman, ensuring functionality, security, and performance of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases for Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
Perform functional, usability, exploratory, and compatibility testing across multiple platforms.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA; analyze root causes, provide detailed bug reports, and assist in debugging.
Perform various types of testing, including smoke tests, integration tests, sanity tests, and regression tests to validate application performance and stability.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.
Document test cases, test results, and test strategies to ensure complete traceability and maintain up-to-date QA documentation.
Ensure quality for large-scale, Salesforce enterprise-level applications by following structured testing methodologies and documentation best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to validate Salesforce functionality and system enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (mandatory requirement).
Strong API testing experience with Postman.
Understanding of algorithms and data structures to analyze test scenarios efficiently.
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java) for debugging and test case preparation.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.
Test automation experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills —ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
Fluency in English (non-negotiable) as the role involves direct collaboration with U.S.-based project teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
