About the role
- Oversee financial education projects for successful and timely delivery
- Assist financial education team in creating solutions for clients and prospects
- Create and maintain a centralized database for workshop materials
- Deliver in-person workshops and online webinars including audience Q&A
- Connect with business leaders to understand changes to the industry, trends, and client feedback
- Become a subject matter expert for all financial services products and core lines of business offered
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Series 6 or 7 and 65 or 66
- Experience in financial planning or advisory services in participant facing capabilities
- Defined contribution and/or defined benefit plan experience
- Experience delivering seminars/training
- Comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups
- 7 years of project management and client management experience
- Ability to understand and communicate detailed plan provisions and documents
- CRPC or CFP designation or ability to acquire within 90 days of employment
- Microsoft Office experience (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Able to travel up to 15%
